This project was an adaptive reuse of a bus garage. The space was converted into a multifunction social/recreation center and preschool. Project cost was $2.2 million. Construction was 10 months, excluding remediation, and was completed in 2006.   Responsibilities: Architect, Primary Architectural/Interior Designer, Lighting Designer.
