Developed as an extension of an already existing residential street, this 32 unit townhome development employs several New Urbanist themes that blend the new construction into the existing. Each home was generously sized at 2400 SF, and each was Energy Star rated. The development was completed in 2005. Responsibilities: Project Architect.
