 A rapidly expanding home entertainment and controls manufacturer, Crestron needed a new home for research, development and testing operations. This building incorporates office space for engineers as well as a two-story space to accommodate the equipment and laboratories required for UL tests. The building is precast tilt-up concrete wall panels over a steel frame. The building was constructed in 11 months at a cost of $10 million, and was completed in early 2007. Responsibilities: Architect, Primary Architectural/Interior Designer, Lighting Designer (public spaces).
