This store represents a new prototype that can be reduced in area for small markets, or increased in area for larger markets, without significant changes to the construction documents. The structure is also greatly simplified and more economical, compared to the previous prototype. This afforded both cost savings and market flexibility to the owner. It was completed in 2000 at a cost of $2.3 million.
